SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 14 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping We do ship outside of the US. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages Plush By Ellie is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost/Stolen Packages Plush By Ellie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Returns Due to Failed Delivery If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up from a carrier facility, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
